We will install at a time that will suit you and your needs, ensuring you have all the information about warranties and aftercare before we leave.

We find out every detail of what you’re looking for in terms of size, material, colour and other detail whether you visit our showroom or get in touch by phone or email.

Next, your requirements are created into a free, no-obligation quote to cover all the costs of the stone surface product you want and all other elements – such as fitting.

We then book times for our visit to come and make the templates for your stone surface product as well as the right time to fit the final product.

This is when we visit your home to make the detailed template and take precise measurements of the area to ensure an exact fit of your stone surface product.

This step is when we manufacture the stone surface product that you’ve ordered with our high-tech equipment and machinery.

Finally, the finished product is delivered to your home and fitted on the date we booked with you, leaving you with the warranty and aftercare information.

Warranty and aftercare
Our stone surfaces come with warranties of between 10 and 30 years, depending on the brand, material and supplier.
