Our manufacturing process takes one week. Meaning our template and installation are generally a week apart, this is providing immediate availability of slabs.

Not all quartz worktops are designed equal as the cost of the materials and the labour may vary on the quality and rarity of the quartz, so we use a pricing structure, so everything is crystal clear. Our structure starts with a base rate of 1 and extends to 10 for the highest quality of worktops. Occasionally, some materials exceed the level 10 tier, and on these occasions, we offer a price-on-application option.

It can be tricky to choose between granite and quartz worktops. Derby’s range of historic and contemporary properties lends itself well to either material, although both granite and quartz have their own specific use cases as well as visual appeals. After you’ve received your quote and decided to proceed with your stunning new Impala Stone worktop, our process swings into action. First, we’ll schedule a visit to your place to template your worktops, ensuring we capture all your requirements perfectly before any cutting begins. This step is crucial for ensuring a precise fit.

Next, armed with your specifications, we’ll commence crafting your chosen design using our state-of-the-art machinery, whether it’s granite or quartz.

Once your bespoke surface is ready, our skilled fitters will deliver and install it with precision. And don’t worry—we’ll also provide you with all the necessary aftercare and warranty information for your peace of mind.
