June Worktop Inspiration

June brought another great mix of projects for the Impala Stone team, from bright bathroom vanity tops to statement kitchen islands and full quartz kitchen finishes.

Here are a few of our favourite recent installations.

Arctic White quartz bathroom vanity top

We recently completed a bathroom vanity top in KSG Arctic White quartz.

The clean white surface works beautifully with the warm wood units and textured wall tiles, helping to create a calm, fresh and modern bathroom space.

It is a great example of how a simple stone surface can lift a bathroom without overpowering the rest of the design.

Sempre Calacatta Magnificio kitchen worktops

We also fitted new kitchen worktops for one of our trade customers, Walkers Joinery.

This project used Sempre Calacatta Magnificio quartz, chosen for its bright background and bold grey veining.

The worktops were finished with an ogee edge profile, giving the kitchen a more traditional and detailed look. Alongside the main worktops, we also manufactured and fitted:

• a quartz splashback behind the range
• a matching window cill
• risers and upstands
• a precise wine cooler cut-out

It is a lovely example of how quartz can be used throughout a kitchen to create a practical, consistent and polished finish.

KSG Andes quartz and Black Forest granite

Another standout project from June featured a beautiful mix of materials.

We used KSG Andes quartz for the wall cladding and  Black Forest granite for the kitchen island.

The mitred end panel gave the island a seamless, high-end finish, while the backlit cladding added a soft and elegant feel to the room.

The contrast between the lighter wall cladding and the darker granite island created a bold but balanced look.

Silestone Calacatta Gold kitchen installation

We also completed a lovely kitchen installation using 20mm Silestone Eternal Calacatta Gold quartz, fitted by our in-house team.

The soft pink cabinets, gold handles and subtle veining work beautifully together, giving the space a bright and elegant finish without feeling too formal.

We especially like how the quartz has been carried up into the splashback behind the hob. It creates a clean, seamless look and helps tie the whole kitchen together.

It is a beautiful choice for a kitchen with plenty of personality.
