CRL Quartz worktops for a timeless appeal

CRL Quartz’s worktops are created for a marble effect but with much greater durability and ease of maintenance than the real deal. Fabricated from a mixture of natural quartz crystals and resin binders with added pigments for colour and sometimes small amounts of other types of natural stone or recycled materials for texture and aesthetics. The process of making the worktops involves grinding the quartz crystals into an aggregate and then binding it with the resin. The mixture is then poured into moulds, pressed heated and cooled to form the hard surface which can then be polished and cut to the desired size. Being constructed of recycled materials, CRL Quartz is a more environmentally friendly material than natural marble that is mined out of the earth.

CRL Quartz has the appearance of marble with veining and patterning which makes every slab of their quality worktops completely unique. The engineering process results in a surface that is harder, more uniform and less porous than many natural stones. You can also benefit from the extremely high resistance to scratches and stains and a resilient, durable stone worktop that will last for decades with the minimum of care and maintenance.
