Will the COVID-19 outbreak affect my planned install dates from Impala Stone? Can I still plan my dream worktops in the showroom? Read below for our statement regarding the virus, and how to disinfect surfaces you may have had from us already: 

Amid the recent Coronavirus outbreak, here at Impala our customer and staff health is at top priority.
We are taking a common sense approach to keeping everyone safe, following government/NHS guidelines and hygiene standards. However, we ask our customers follow the below advice when visiting our showroom or preparing for planned site visits.

  • Our showroom will remain open, unless advised otherwise by relevant authorities. The showroom is kept clean on a daily basis; however, we would like to kindly remind customers to not attend our showroom should they feel unwell.
  • We are able to send most samples in the post, please send us an email or give us a call to request these. 
  • If you do attend our showroom, please use the hand sanitizer provided on your way in and out of the building.
  • All scheduled template and installation appointments will go ahead as usual. However, should you feel unwell, please call our office to arrange alternative dates for these appointments to take place. Please do not allow our colleagues into your home if you are self-isolating.

If you have already had surfaces installed from us, and would like to know how to disinfect your surfaces, we recommend using any household antibacterial spray such as Cif or Dettol. Please do not use any cleaners with bleach or harsh chemicals in their ingredients. If you have any further questions, please call our office on 01332 824200.
